I have returned to this airport several times and I would say the signage is good, the approuch to the rental centre is a long straight road and it is signed but its on your left and your driving on the left.

Take your time it is not as bad as it sounds, getting out is a little harder than getting back depending on where you are going to drive to and which route you are going to use..

Give your satnav signal (same applies on phones too), time to connect properly before you leave the underground car park. It’s often taken us 5 minutes after coming out of the underground bit before we connect and get some directions, this could easily be enough time to send you entirely in the wrong direction! There is a sweet spot just before you come out of the garage (but past the exit barriers) and pull onto the road where the signal starts to connect (as I say it can take a few mins especially if there is a storm), so we often drive super slowly before exiting the car park to give it time to fire up and get us on the right road. Also be prepared for just how busy (and at times incredibly slow) the traffic can be getting to Miami Beach.

When we came out don’t know what happened but we ended up back in the airport 🙈🙈🙈😂Was pretty busy the initial 15/20 minutes until we got on our way out of Miami and after that it was a straightforward drive.
