Do you mean the ride or the meet & greet? I'm pretty sure with the brand new movie about to be released it isnt closing. It's one of the most popular rides at IOA

 Actually, I don't know whether it's true or not but I've not heard any rumours about this. If Universal did close the Spider-man ride it would affect the old contract they have with Marvel regarding theme park rights in Florida. I doubt Universal would close it unless they really had to.

The chances of Universal giving up any Marvel ip in Florida would have to be pretty close to zero I'd think.
