Thanks for your help. Santander are saying I still owe them money on my car but I've went through all my statements and I've deff paid it off in full. I made a final payment this year and paid it off early online unfortunately I forgot to cancel my direct debit. Santander now have there collections dept onto me 😬 and they won't listen to me 😭

I don't think they do as it was a old account I used just for my car. I think it's got Ł10 in it.

I would contact them again and politely mention maybe going through the financial ombudsman. It costs them money to go down that route so they will want to avoid it. It is so frustrating that they are ignoring you when you have checked. Hope you get it sorted soon

Yeah its frustrating and time consuming but I am sure it will get sorted out eventually.
