I don't think they do as it was a old account I used just for my car. I think it's got £10 in it.

I would contact them again and politely mention maybe going through the financial ombudsman. It costs them money to go down that route so they will want to avoid it. It is so frustrating that they are ignoring you when you have checked. Hope you get it sorted soon
