Anyone been to Hawaii, we cannot seem to firm our holiday plans up for next year and husband and son love surfing and I love sunshine but not sure what else there is there for a 2 week stay, I did think about a week in California and going on from there but we only did California last year

We are going next February
Staying in an apartment 1000 yards from weiki beach
Don’t intend to go near the beach but have booked all day Pearl Harbour Tour a hiking tour helicopter trip and the zoo after dark
We are in San Francisco for a week before then stoping off in the mid west before continuing to Florida

Hi, we’ve been twice in the last two years and absolutely love it.

The first time we twinned it with other destinations on the way out and back.

The second time we spent 20 nights in Hawaii and still didn’t begin to scratch the surface.

Which islands appeal to you most? We’ve only done three. Oahu x 2, Maui x 2 and Big Island once.

We’ve been, stayed at Waikiki Beach for 6 nights but I’d love to go back for 3 weeks and do some island hopping. There is loads to do on Oahu but the other islands look more picturesque.

There are a few trip reports that include Hawaii, they’re in the Disneyland California and West Coast section. I found those really useful.

Haven’t really got that far as to looking at which island, where did you twin with?
