This was someone who is a CM who spoke to them on the phone. However I've since seen screen shots of someone asking DLP on Twitter and they've said staying onsite will still cancel them out.

To be honest I really don't think we'll know for sure for a couple of weeks once people start using the new passes. It seems you get a different answer to everything each time you speak to them!
Thank you. I read that staying onsite will cancel it out too so who knows. Have to say, the single most frustrating thing about DLP is the conflicting info you get from the staff direct!

I know they have a lot of staff who need to learn all the new info but I think they should at least have something on the website.

Hi can I ask what number you're ringing to buy the annual passes in sterling please? I'm tempted to buy one for the half marathon weekend ...

You can use the callback on the DLP site and just ask to buy an AP and they'll put you through to the right person or use Discount Dial 0844 200 9090 then 00 33 1 60 30 60 53

Work out the right date to buy them, although it says you have 6 months to exchange the voucher it's actually 26 weeks

They've said today on their 'helpful' Twitter page that staying onsite means no black out days. However, like most things at DLP. I think it depends who you speak to. If I were doing it, I'd be taking a copy of the tweet!

Thanks I'm already going to DLP in may so if I end up getting one I'll probably exchange the voucher while I'm there!

LufcDeb I am sorry if I am being really dim here but are you saying if you buy the Dreams annual pass before the new ones come out they will be subject to black out days?

No, she was saying that she'd read that the new APs which they are releasing after end March, were rumoured not to have blackout days negated if you stay in a Disney hotel. However, as I just mentioned before, on Twitter today someone has asked a similar thing and they replied saying you get entry with your hotel 'easy pass' so it's not an issue about blackout days. Whether this is true, no one knows for sure - the CMs at DLP certainly don't seem to - at least not uniformly at the moment...

Thank you for clarifying, we will certainly look at buying before the changes happen then!

Sorry to revisit this but what number did you call to get the "old" annual pass. Also do you know what time they shut have tried calling the restaurant reservation line and guest services at 4.45pm/5.00pm and gave up after being on hold for 15mins each time! (I was using the DLP numbers) not the UK one

Thanks for the help x
