Mobile Barclays dragonpass

I’ve got dragon pass through my Barclays account.

Do I need to prebook or do we just turn up and show the card ?

I would recommend booking if you can, we flew from Gatwick. The No 1 lounge charge £5 per person to book. The No 1 Lounge Club rooms are £15.

We are looking at the Plaza Premium in Heathrow. Do I contact them directly?

Sorry for all the questions.

So only certain places will let you prebook - No1 lounge is one of them. You'd have to check with the lounge whether you can prebook. Also check the info on the Dragonpass app as that should tell you if you can prebook. It also gives info like it mentioned the MCO lounge has restricted access at set times (2pm-6pm I think it was) and this made me think twice about using it so instead I purchased a pass for there from FHR as didn't want to be turned away and got it for £26 (only one of me so not a huge expense). And weirdly just searched again and MCO has disappeared off there so glad I booked!

dragon pass doesn't apply to the MCO lounge, you can access the Sanford one too. For £5 i book ahead, we turned up once and weren't able to get in

I had a serious look at getting a Dragon pass, neither MCO or TPA were showing up when I was checking it out.
Does anyone know if they add or remove airports a lot?
Still musing over the idea.

So it turns out MCO was under Priority Pass (I currently have both through my timeshare and bank) but MCO says that it is restricted access between 2pm and 4pm so probably not useable in MCO.

Dragonpass does change its lounges from time to time but no idea how or whether there's a pattern

To be on the safe side, always pre book. We didn’t the last time and very nearly didn’t get in to the lounge we wanted. Luckily the staff were super helpful and managed to get us in a bit later than we’d hoped for, but we still got in.

I have never booked. But try to be really polite and smile, it has worked every time. Only once were we told to wait, at Manchester when 5 of us used it on our way to Florida.
