MDE web different to MDE app

On the web my hotel reservation and tickets all show up as expected. On the app it says there is no hotel reservation.

Anyone seen this? Any tips to make it work.

Plan on doing most stuff via the mobile app and not the web.

Have you tried logging out of the app and log in again? Had a few issues with app but normally resolved by logging out

It depends when your hotel is booked for. If it's not until next year, it doesn't show up this early apparently.

If you are referring to the holiday 392 days away, it won't show up on the app for another month or so when you are under a year away.

Ah , ok, odd how the web shows the right info. Why not the same backend data.

I am having similar issues, but strangely the hotel reservation comes and goes from one day to the next on the app. I am less than a year away now. Yipee!

The tickets won't link on the app or the website. I'm a long way from booking fast passes so it's not a problem - I just like technology to work.
