Excited about Disney

Amercian Airlines inflight entertainment
Hi
I've read that on the domestic routes we're unlikely to get seat back IFE and need to use the AA app or local website to stream - BUT it mentions that only laptop's can use the website and that tablets and phones need to use the App. Does anyone know if you can use the web browser of a tablet to stream the content? (this is because the tablets I've got the kids are Amazon Fire and it doesn't appear to be compatible with the AA app) Thanks |

I'd call AA and ask but rather than stream (which needs a lot of bandwidth which may be a problem) why not just download content for the flight in advance onto the fire ?

Thanks, was going to store some local content as a backup, I was just wondering if anyone had experience of it
