We are trying to plan and budget for our forthcoming trip August 2020, can anyone recommend cheapest best car hire companies for our stay in Florida ? Thanks

You may get more response posting in the "Car" sub-forum but Andy at Discount Florida Car hire is very helpful, a regular Dibber and usually competitive.

He's a reliable UK broker and will always include all the appropriate insurances. We book Alamo with him regularly because at most Florida airports you can avoid the "upselling" at the terminal desk and pick your own car.

Always use Andy now. No deposit, no cancellation or amendment fees. If the price drops on the site he will amend it for you. If you find it cheaper elsewhere later he will try to match but, even if he can't, you can cancel for free anyway.

99.99% of regular contributors to this sub-forum are a helpful and friendly bunch - ask away with any more questions.

The basic reason that dozens of Dibbers recommend Andy (in addition to the two replies you've had) is that he'll come on here and answer any car hire question even if you haven't booked with him.

You won't see any other broker doing that
