Gained or lost?

I had lost 32lbs since Jan up to Easter weekend. However we still have Easter chocolate in the house so I've put 4lbs back on. It's nearly gone so hoping next week to get back on track. Hard without our holiday to aim for though ☹️

I have lost a couple of lbs in the last couple of weeks but voted gained as that has in no way made any inroads on the damage I did eating and drinking at the start of lockdown! 😆 Definitely goes on with more ease than it comes off!

Well I’ve braved the scales this morning and I’ve put on 6lb since before Christmas! Time to stop the excuses and shift this weight!

About the same I seem to binge then feel sick and lose weight so put on 3lbs and take it off again

Lost, I’m still working and going out to take the dog for walks after work, nothing has really changed for me. Just a LOT busier than norm .

I gained initially but have not got into a work and exercise groove so have lost a wee bit. Hopefully keep on a track if and when we get back to the office.

I initially gained 4lbs but got my act together and have lost 5.5lbs. Dh has gained weight but not much but he still goes out for a cycle. Ds is furloughed and he’s in the best shape he’s ever been in. He exercises at least twice a day and goes for a daily walk. He is trying to bulk up a bit now as he looks a bit skinny but he’s not very tall but the muscles in his arms are very impressive considering he just has weights at home. His diet has been very good too. I just wish I had an ounce of his willpower.

I lost 17lb from January to the third week March when I reached my target weight. I was worried that lockdown would be my undoing but I think as I'd got used to eating less and using MyfitnessPal each day it wasn't so bad.
I've had a few cheeky drinks whereas I'd been been completely without any alcohol since new year, but I seem to be getting away with it. The fact that DS drags me out each day to get 10k steps in has helped 😁
