Poll- Rumoured Be Our Guest Changes
So with the reported changes to Be Our Guest, with no breakfast and $62 each for lunch (so cost for family of 4 with tax and tip being over $300) will you still be tempted to go for lunch without any Disney Dining Plan?
Thanks to Tom Morrow for the inspiration for the poll.

Just checking before I vote, although being DVC we don’t get free DDP, at that price is it 1 to 2 credits for lunch?

We really enjoyed our OOP lunch and experience at BoG and would have gone back. But not now! Not sure if that fits the “I have no interest in going ever anyway” category!

I seriously could not justify that cost with ‘real money’! We’ve been once for an evening meal and met beast etc, so we’d only go if we had plenty of credits to use after trying other things.

I can’t vote. My answer would be “I have loved eating lunch there oop until now, but won’t pay $62 plus tax and tip, it’s not worth that!”.

I wouldn’t pay that money for an evening meal let alone lunch.
However we like a light lunch so it wouldn’t fit our dynamic anyhow. I am blown away at the cost of food in the Parks hence we tend to share a sandwich.

I'm gutted about it. I'm a big Beauty and the Beast fan so I loved just being in there. I was really looking forward to taking my mum but she's a classic Yorkshire woman and will just yell HOW MUCH? at the menu and refuse so best not haha!

DH is really fed up with BOG, he says it is the biggest palaver of any restaurant to just get in the door and the food is nothing to write home about anyway.
I could probably convince him of a pre park opening breakfast if we are on a dining plan but other than that BOG is out for us from now on. |
