Nearly at this myself Thankfully only £60 for Gatorland tickets but still, I can't fathom why its taking this long. I returned tickets to 2 companies at the end of June and OAT refunded me after less than 2 months.

I emailed again on Monday and received our full refund today. Minus the £10pp deposits.

We asked for a refund the middle of June so about 4 months ago. It was for Disney 14 day tickets. I've been emailing every few weeks for an update and until now just been fobbed off.

Thank you, I have been waiting about the same amount of time and continued to email and being fobbed off. Last email they said I would be marked as urgent, that was a week ago and still haven’t heard anything.

Hopefully it's not too much longer for you. The reply I received today said they are still working on refunds as fast as they can whilst waiting for the parks to refund them for returned tickets.

The suggestion is that this is BS as they don't get charged until the tickets get used, how true that is I don't know but I'd be very surprised if Disney can refund me direct overnight but are making resellers wait several months

We have been waiting for 19 weeks and every time I chase I get a stock response. I tried to be understanding at first but I’m losing patience now and am put off using them again
