Ahhr different hotels - these are on Blackfriars Bridge road in Southwark (2 mins walk from Southward tube station) - the other one is by Borough Market - happy to check it out for you if you wish ? Sorry for my confusion ...

I dont think so as we have them here already completed earlier this year (taken you more than half the road !) I am not sure what they are doing but hey have been at it since spring (I need to have a proper nose around sometime )
