What size are the beds in Studios?

What size are the beds in Studios (not counting the fold out couch)?

For example AKV...

I was pretty sure I read they are a double, but surely not the size of a UK double bed, as they are quite small?

I have stayed at Coronado Springs and French Quarter previously. Are the DVC studio beds the same size as those? I was pretty sure they were queen sized... they seemed plenty spacious for two adults.

I'm hoping the DVC studio beds are no smaller.

They are a UK queen. The sofa bed is a UK double.
