When my son lived away he loved the Christmas food packages we sent, so did all his friends

Normally I buy theatre tickets so that won’t be happening this year!

Virtually finished all mine, probably reads as a bit boring but it's what we normally do. I except we won't be seeing whole family so I've been very organised.

Made 2 Xmas food hampers which have been delivered
Sewn 4 Xmas stockings with book tokens for youngest gt nieces
Sewn an Xmas sack plus more book tokens for gt nephews. All dished out.
Sewing machine is resting for a mo 😀

Alcohol, chocolates, PJs, jigsaw puzzles, books, bath stuff, art supplies, slipper socks, and other Xmas sack treats.
Disney artwork.

Main 2 big items are a small freezer which arrived at weekend and 2 pairs of boots for our DDs...

Just need to divide into birthday and Xmas gifts then wrap.

Bought a narrower Xmas tree last week from B & Q last week too.

Always love the Xmas preparations 🎄🎁

I have bought quite a lot from boots offers this year. The real techniques make up brush set in a case was on offer for £29, two faced makeup gift set £35, fake tan gift set £24 set all for my daughter, No 7 advent calendar (for my mum).
From Debenhams 15% off offer I bought my daughter a different two faced make up set (she loves the stuff!) urban decay make up setting spray, benefit advent calendar.
I have also got her some silver earrings & pjs & fluffy socks which are a Christmas must have!
I am lacking for my boys though. Picked up the odd bits but thats it so far because their items are going to be large so storage is an issue.
My mum is all sorted with a collection of duck items.

I've got DH whisky (he collects special editions, so an easy choice), books, boxset etc, he loves Geir aftershave that I usually get from the Norway pavilion in Epcot, or the Grand Floridian, but I found it online so I got that and he'll be surprised.
DD - vinyl albums, converse, tops, Oodie, Lush stuff, a Star Wars handbag and the usual bits and bobs.
DS and DiL wanted a Ltd Ed signed print so that's their main gift. I got them aftershave and perfume in the Boots 50% offer.
GS (19) is the most difficult but I've pre ordered the Mandalorian Lego as a start. He's a proper geek so I'm expecting a book list from him!
2 nieces are getting 'Return To ...' bracelets and the other 2 are getting flavoured Gins.

How do you find out last date to send? I won’t be going thro the post office as they are very expensive.

For the last couple of years, with certain friends and family we have agreed no presents. I still buy for hubby and of course my dogs (they get more than us).

This year in Italy I met a fabulous lady, who is an artist. Her work is amazing, so I have commissioned a painting for my husband of our beautiful dog Mr. Douglas who left us broken hearted and never to be the same in June.

I can not wait to see the painting and I can not wait to see my husbands face.

This year is going to be so hard, he was the world to us. Life will never be the same without that gorgeous soul. xx
