I'd pick a dish from each of the world showcase and then get them to guess which country it came from, fun and something family members who don't like disney wouldn't necessarily get.

Oh, and some fine wine (Black Tower and Blue Nun) to wash it all down with.
It was a massive triffle in our family buffets and snow balls for drink (i think it was called snow balls, yellow sweet stuff) my sister and I used to drink the dregs from the adults glasses 🙈
Also babysham & sherry at Christmas buffets.

Warninks Advocat was the sweet yellow stuff. My nan, bless her, loved the stuff at Christmas.

Blimey - that escalated quickly.

Your game is too strong for me - I'm bowing out.

Aw DD and I still love snowballs on xmas morning, it's a tradition from when I was a child - when we were allowed a snowball at Xmas, advocaat, lime and lemonade!

Our “posh buffet tea “ in the eighties involved a bottle of lambrini for class and a baguette with garlic butter done in tin foil
A quiche , sausage plait , salad and indeed a hedgehog of cheese and pineapple and a really dodgy box pizza , egg Mayo and some ham , cream crackers with cheddar for the cheese option and a bowl of dry roast peanuts
Used to love it !
Now it’s Prosecco or good red wine , feta salad , avocado, king prawns ,olives and a decent cheese board and a home baked Ham or steak strips and maybe a tortilla
Probably 4 times as expensive 😊
