Hi
It’s 24,000 miles and don’t think he’d take any more than that. It’s a manual as well

Only cars that seem to be doing well now are electric - prices going up second hand. For petrol and diesel it’s a buyers market. Haggle hard.

I have found a nice 3 series 320i in Mineral Grey with Venetian Beige Dakota Leather and only 8500 on the clock. 2018. £18500.
Sytner will haul it to your local dealer from anywhere in the UK free of charge. Plus I always haggle a 3 year service pack and I lay money that car can be haggled down to £17K However if it was me I would consider a brand new one. On the road cash price £39,050.00 Customer deposit £3,999.00 Retailer contribution £4,189.60 Manufacturer contribution £1,750.00 Total Deposit £9,938.60 47 monthly payments £399.00. Then get shot of it and take another one out. For a 5 series saloon this is a cracking deal. On the road cash price £42,930.00 Customer deposit £3,499.00 Retailer Contribution £5,363.36 Manufacturer contribution £3,000.00 Total Deposit £11,862.36 47 monthly payments £349.00

OP. If your Son goes on to Sytner and searches their stock he can put a host of filters on to narrow down to what they have. I suspect other dealers do this as well.
My latest car was hauled in from Tamworth and I bought it unseen albeit I could have declined it. It's a buyers market and haggling is essential. For his budget I would be going in hard and when he is satisfied he has got the best deal he possibly can then hit them for more. I always get the service pack as no way am I paying £500+ for services. There is always room for a deal. Oh, the good thing with Sytner is they always put brand new tyres on a 2nd hand car as standard.
