OAT Disney Tickets

Hi Guys,
Booked next year a while back and paid for the full bundle of tickets to all theme parks from OAT. Paid up before Aug 24th and had confirmation yesterday from OAT that tickets were available for download. When I go to the Disney ones I get the message that it’s not an e-ticket and I have to pick up from Will Call?! How can I do this, link up to My Disney Experience and make reservations to the parks?! Surely they’re not expecting people to wait until they get over there to pick tickets up and sort it?!

Exactly the same position as you. Booked for 9 of is back in November last year for oct 21. Then bought ticket for sons gf when we paid off the full amount in aug. This weekend I got email to say download, so did. Today sons gf has received a magic band in the post even though we are not staying on site. Son read something about where tickets have to be issued by will call they will send magic bands. I've emailed to ask if our original 9 that booked will get them too. Confusion reigns here at the moment

3rd Visit. Day the borders reopened, November 8th 2021. Emerald Island resort.
4th Visit...September 2023, members Villa at Tuscan Hill. Took the Grandson this time.
5th visit...planning for 2025 with a granddaughter in tow.

How strange! It’s never happened like this before, the tickets have always been posted but we are a little concerned if we have to wait as they’re booking reservations for days in the parks right up to 2022! I’ve emailed OAT and Disney so I suppose I’ll just have to wait and see

I know. I've always received my tickets about a week after paying the balance. Checked tonight and hers days dispatched yesterday, ours still says not dispatched. Previously it's have arrived special delivery, today hers have arrived signed for and handwritten looking like an eBay parcel. Very odd

Have you tried on the desktop website? I was unable to link my tickets via the app.

The reservation number I needed to link was a mixture of letters and numbers, did OAT provide you with this?

Yes ours say ‘Not Dispatched’ it’s let me print the Discovery Cove e-tickets and the complimentary Gatorland e-ticket, there was nothing at all for Universal which makes me wonder something will get sent later for them? But I couldn’t understand why it even had the Disney link to ‘collect from Will Call’ if something was going to be sent out!?

When we booked tickets last year and it stated ‘collect from will call’ we had to use our laptop to link to MDE as the link would not work using iPhone or iPad.

My 9 magic bands have turned up today. Wahooo. Universal tickets included along with a letter that still says go to will call. Now does anyone know if we still have to book days this far in advance?

I had a reply from OAT this morning! We already have some magic bands so they said to use the reference on the Will Call confirmation to link to my Disney Experience and it worked! 😁 Hooray!
