Les miserables - I was in a cinema full of people but I was mesmerised! I felt completely alone watching it & the film just flew by.

Austin powers goldmember - I wasn't a fan of the first 2 films but found this one hilarious! But I've watched it so much because I was traveling around the country doing stocktakes & there wasn't much to do in the evenings (everyone else just went out drinking) so I have a cineworld pass & this was an easy watch.

Moulin rouge - love the music & opulence of the whole film

The rocky horror picture show - sooooooo good! Love to camp it up & sing along!

The shawshank redemption - I'm not a Stephen King fan (love horror but not his) but this was a heartwarming watch. When I heard that the green mile was coming out I read the book in 3 days (which is super fast for a slow reader like me!) then off to watch the movie

Star wars episode 4 - do you even need to ask why?!

Sleepless in seattle - though I do like you 3 got mail (DW loves it) this is the far better film for me... & it makes me cry

Aliens - mainly because it was on TV so much when I was younger. But I've ended up with various versions, editions & formats over the years so have to watch them all

The princess & the frog - I wasn't a huge disney Dan, but this one turned me! Tiana is now my princess

Peter pan - because I never want to grow up! LOL I've always been against tatoo9but I would like a never gorw up one

Hellraiser - Clive Barker is my favourite author & this is his film of his short story. Gory but very different. Can't believe there are now 10 films!

It's a wonderful life - got to be the ultimate Christmas movie!

Die hard - and this has to be the ultimate blokes Christmas movie! Haha

Probably loads more!

I'm surprised no-one has mentioned the Christmas classic The Great Escape, it was on every year when I was growing up at Christmas & we always watched it!

Calamity Jane, Sound of music, Dirty Dancing, a few of the Marvel films, Fast & Furious films (though these are DHs favourites I do enjoy them) & obviously most Disney films but especially Beauty and the Beast & Jungle Book

Meet me in St Louis (which I watched again today on BBC1) the ending reminds me of Illuminations and World Showcase lighting up

Another I watched again today as it was on C5 is 7 Brides for 7 Brothers, this film is why I got married in June

Also the original Star Wars movies

Erm gosh i rewatch rubbish at times haha - lots of Christmas films every year for example

National lampoons Christmas vacation
Muppets Christmas carol
Polar express (Christmas Eve film)
Elf
Love actually - my fave Christmas film haha

Also

Avengers end game - one of the greatest end to a series imo
All the Christopher Nolan Batman Films - streaks ahead of other Batman films imo
Dr strange - that’s benedict cumberbatch for you!
Iron man - Robert Downey jr really makes this film what it is
Burlesque - my guilt pleasure
The final two Harry Potter Films
Top gun - classic!
ET - nothing to say on this one really - still have a little tear watching it
Toy story
Ghostbusters
One flew over the cuckoos nest - unfortunately as a psychology teacher I’ve seen this about 49 times :/
Shutter island - love de caprio in this one
Schindler’s list - fantastic and moving film
Blade runner - such an absolute classic!
