am i thinking this right - extended points

we go every July for 3 weeks in a 2 bedroom preferred location which uses up all our points

so if we got the extension of our 2019 points

and ... we banked the 2020 points

am I right in thinking we would have surplus points anyway as in we would have to use the 2019 and the 2020 points by July 2021 so for the 2021 July holiday and only needing one years points we would have to to many points and loose them anyway

just wondering if this is the case I would be better banking the 2019 into rci

My 2019 points were banked into 2020, due to expire 2021, along with my 2020 points.

All of these have been extended to May 2022. We will absolutely have surplus points and we aren�t planning on going until Nov 2022!

Ali I've given up trying to work it all out!

Someone on here posted that there were "exceptional" rules for International Owners, as basically open or not we still can't get there/use our points. E-mail responses are currently taking ages so best bet would be to call MS

I was more thinking if I can�t use all the points , as in the total 2019 and 2020 for the 2022 booking I would be as well just putting into rci

I�m going to bank my 2021 points into 2022 and 2022 points into 2023.

So I�ll have 2 years of points to use by May 2022, I doubt there will be any more flexibility but I�d love MS to let me use my expiring points for my Nov 22 holiday. If not they are going to have to be rented/transferred/RCI.
