Copper Creek 1 Bedroom

Just looking on Touring Plans and I noticed that some of the 1 beds are bigger than others. I know that they have unique studios (1 on each floor) and it looks like the 1 bedrooms could be the same. Does anyone know how they are different? They're not accessible rooms so I know it's not that. I'm struggling to find any info on them. They're the rooms ending in 117.

This has some information on them, the 117 rooms are not meant to be as good, and there�s a second alternative layout with the fridge near the door.

This is one of the ones with the fridge at the front (113) but I can�t find a video of the 117 rooms.
