Board walk villas opinions pmease

What are board walk villas like? I was hoping to rent DVC points for beach club but there's no availability for a studio so I'm looking at boardwalk villas.
Is it noisy being right above the resteraunts ect?

We absolutely love the Boardwalk and haven’t had an issue with noise, although we haven’t stayed in a Boardwalk view, we have stayed in the garden rooms. In most reviews I’ve seen, the Boardwalk is favoured over the Beach club

I own at BWV and will book Boardwalk view if it's available - I like the water view and we don't find it overly noisy. You can get some noise when the entertainers/games/stalls are open early evening but I think it adds to the atmosphere and it's usually all quiet by 11pm.

If you're not sure most of the garden/pool option villas have great views and are usually still available when Boardwalk and standard have filled up. There can be a little pool noise but this is mainly daytime and we have never been bothered by it.

You are very unlikely to be right above a restaurant. Only a few Boardwalk view villas are in that location. We have had Boardwalk view before, and didn’t have any issues with the noise but you can hear some noise if you have the door open, but we rarely do.

We love the Boardwalk, it’s a great location, and I love the atmosphere in and around the hotel. We have stayed there on every trip, and just love being there.

Boardwalk is our favourite. We like Beach Club but prefer the atmosphere, decor and overall look and feel of Boardwalk. It’s A1.
There are some complaints now and again of noise on Boardwalk view rooms. We are very noise sensitive so will not risk it. We stay standard view, opposite tennis courts if possible, very quiet and low points and back staircase to HWS. These will be the cheapest rooms to rent. However, ones closer to the entrance may get some noise.
Pool/ garden view will not have noise at night.

We really enjoy the Boardwalk but do choose to stay there for a lower points option, whilst still keeping the location as I do prefer the atmosphere at The Beach Club.

That's being REALLY picky though, The Boardwalk is gorgeous, just when you have access to all these gorgeous resorts, it's the minutiae that you have to focus on to make decisions, I wouldn't hesitate to stay at The Boardwalk.

I don't find the Boardwalk villas noisy and I enjoy the pool there. I will add that my 11 year old wishes the wifi at the Boardwalk was better. : )

We had a room looking out to the village green lovely view and very quiet. Only stayed at BCV once and was not impressed. I love a view and had a room at the back, trees and road, very dark.
