Can anyone help us to decide where to stay on the Gulf Coast please. We have 4 nights to play with, want a nice beach but with things to do as well. 15 and 13 year old boys. Thank you.

We've stayed in St Petes a couple of times. Lovely beach. Lots quieter than Clearwater. With the boys I'd be tempted to stay in Clearwater but travel to the surrounding beaches too.

Would definitely agree with Emma - won't go far wrong with Clearwater and explore surrounding areas
