Good luck for tomorrow and yes the Peppermint tea does help & please do or don't do exactly what they tell you for recovery, its very easy to think you feel ok and can do all your normal lifting and carrying and sometimes you take it a bit to far and that does not help your recovery at all. Will be sending some Pixie Dust to you tomorrow x

I had to stay in overnight due to my heart rate so I'm glad I packed a few things (nightie, toothbrush, iPad etc) just in case. Feel free to ask anything, mine was a diagnostic lap, but they did end up taking a biopsy and removing some scar tissue.

Thank you, that sounds just like what I’ll be having! I have packed a bag in case I have to stay over. Hopefully I’ll be back home before I know it xx
