Aberdeen help
We're going to Aberdeen for 2 nights from Sunday next week to Tuesday..
I'd love some suggestions on places to eat and things to do. We have book Huskiehaven for the Tuesday as we travel home then. We will try and do some Dolphin watching too. It will be me, hubby and 15 year old daughter.

Were staying in The Altens, but have the car so travelling into centre isn't an issue.
We enjoy Indian, Italian and American style mostly. Steaks, ribs etc being the favourite.

There’s a Miller & Carter in Aberdeen. We love the Indian Wild Ginger - it’s not cheap but it’s lovely.
There might be some locals along shortly - we are about 50 miles away so it’s not our stomping ground . |

Indian=wild ginger wildgingeronline Turkish= Nargile Steak= Miller & Carter millerandcarter Sea food=www.thesilverdarling.co.uk Italian=www.amaronerestaurant.co.uk Thai=www.chaophraya.co.uk We love cupcafe for soup/sandwich /cake. kirkviewcafe foodstorycafe plant based, veggie thecupcakestop is a 12 min walk from the hotel if you need a treat. There are lots of chain restaurants in Union square There are a lot of roadworks going around our local area ( the councils love to dig up roads in the school holidays). And union street is in chaos. We stayed 4 nights in the Altens in June as part of our road trip.
Doesn’t look impressive from outside but inside it’s lovely. If you’re tired and not up to going out, the hotel restaurant was good & reasonable. Edited at 10:14 PM. |

I would 100% recommend Silver Darlings. We have been twice and would actually visit Aberdeen to eat here, it’s fantastic.
Enjoy your stay it’s a great city!

Thank you. I'm not a fan of seafood.
Really looking forward to our visit to Aberdeen.
