Really need advice, spd and teeth

DD's dentist is specialised in care of those with special needs. If possible contact your local one the dental nurse also has enhanced training. They should be able to provide resources to help. ie dental toys ,tools etc.

Thank you! The tooth is still not out - how its still hanging in there i have no idea, its almost sitting on her lip now! But, she is eating and she is drinking which is a huuuuge relief. She doesnt like the sound of it coming out when its pulled out- that is something I have never ever thought of, but I guess with spd its not something she can ignore and must sound horrid to her!

Just read this and I'm sure the tooth has long since come out now but for the future, you could try asking her to drink with a straw. My son really struggles with the teeth falling out thing but when they get to hanging point, if he uses a straw the sucking motion seems to release it and because his tongue is on the roof of his mouth sucking the straw, it doesn't go down
