We’re off to my daughter in London , our other daughter is gonna be there too , it’ll be a buffet and the first time we’ve all been together for too long ...can’t wait .
Just hoping the rules don’t change

I usually cook a ham, make quiche, cheese and onion pie (a recipe from my Nan, that my son at 31 still loves and insists on every year 😂 ) new potatoes, salad and pickles.

I have food envy 😈 why does everyone else’s sound tastier than your own?
I need to rethink my offerings now 🙈

I absolutely love Cheese an Onion Pie but have not eaten it in 22 years since I married. I am the only one in the family that would eat it.

Same with fried Liver and Liver With onions and thick, rich gravy.

We make turkey and leek pie out of Jamie Oliver's Christmas book. I buy ready rolled puff pastry for the top DH usually makes it so no cooking for me on Boxing Day
