Okw 1 bed availablity?

I have 14 nights in a Boardwalk standard studio booked for august. But realistically we won’t manage in a studio as the kids aren’t kids anymore.

I was all set to book 12 nights at OKW in a1 bed but I’ve just realised I can only borrow 50% which leaves me short of points.

I could book 9 nights and then do a cash booking somewhere,it I’m not prepared to commit to anything just yet due to all the uncertainty so I’d quite like to wait a while before I decide.

I’m assuming that a 1bed at OKW isn’t going to disappear in the next month or so?

Any studios that have a chair bed rather than a drop down (the drop down was vetoed on our last trip)

The only chair beds I’ve seen were in 1 beds at kidani and BLT to make then sleep 5 but we haven’t stayed in every resort so there maybe some.
Re OKW for our cancelled 2020 trip I had planned to move to a 1 bed at OKW at 7 months as there was still availability but then bagged a room at the GF so if this year is the same as last year you should be fine till at least 7 months out for August but who knows what normal actually is this year!

We've only stayed in studios at The Poly & CCV, neither of those had sleeper beds. I do remember them in 1 beds at several resorts but that doesn't help you.

I think you'd be fine with getting a 1 bed at OKW a little later under normal circumstances, so difficult to predict this year though.

7 months is today. Hence my plan to move today. It was only when I logged in saw the reminder about 50% that I realised my mistake.

I think I’ll leave it as is for the moment. In a normal year I’d move it and make a cash booking. But I only feel nothing is normal right now.

It's impossible to predict anything this year, all we can do is speculate, hopefully either the 50% rule will change or they'll still be cash rooms available when you have a better idea if you can get there.
