Really enjoying this series, Attenborough on a Sunday evening just seems the perfect way to relax.

All great series but they always seem to be on around 'eating time' in our house.

The though of a nice Fig and Goat's Cheese Salad for tea suddenly becomes less appealing while seeing a fig wasp rip it's own wings off climbing inside one!

Do watch them, but mostly on catchup!

At 75 I'm allowed to slob around eating dinner on my knees - with a plate naturally.

Anyway you can't beat adding a bit of protein to your salad.
