Aye me too, I’ve taken them up on the refund. They instantly deduct the 10% and then message they have to request the money direct from KSC... hmmmm

I have the same question from Travel Republic right now. They're asking me to cancel the tickets for KSC having negotiated a 10% cost.

I had separate bookings directly with KSC and they contacted me recently out of the blue cancelling everything and providing a refund automatically.

What happened with your cases with Travel Republic in the end, do you have your money back?

Hi, I have Disney tickets booked with travel republic and our holiday was cancelled (Easter) and we aren’t rebooking until 2022 therefore I’ve requested a refund for Disney tickets. They have been so slow, initially saying they’d give me my money back regardless of whether the supplier refunded and now saying they are having to wait for supplier to refund in order to give my money back. They have been absolutely useless and I wish I’d booked my Disney tickets direct now. With the new announcement today about Disney tickets and booking reservations in advance I’m hoping this gives us more grounds to get our money back! It’s nearly £2000 as well so not a small amount of money. I’m so frustrated!

Any update on these just requested a refund from travel republic on KSC tickets
