DVC Disney Vacation Club Points Rental
The going rate for May-July seems to be $14 per point on the FB group which is fine. David’s is $14.5 if you can get a booking.

I’m most worried about rental contracts, payments etc as I’m so new to it all.

I have points to rent with David’s and have had no response, they have been on there for 3 months, I’m waiting another few weeks if they haven’t sold by then I will transfer to RCI. Would rather sell than have the hassle of transferring to RCI.

I haven't done it myself but I believe Paypal and a quick google for 'sample DVC rental contract' is the way to go.

What do you mean they last till December-don’t they last 2 years?

Thank you all for your advice. We listed our points with David’s as we had nothing to lose by doing so. We thought we might have a long wait as others have said that their points have been listed for months, but we have just sold 145 points today. This is a huge relief! We have 72 points left (34 are a confirmed reservation for BCV over a weekend when they are sold out of studios for the whole month, so if they don’t sell soon I might chance selling the res on FB as it’s a low point amount/low value.

A huge weight off my mind and now I can wait for BA to cancel our flights for a full refund. Gutted that our 5th cancelled trip since COVID won’t be happening and hope that we can use our DVC for the first time soon.
