Colston Bassett Stilton & Brighton Blue are our favorite blue cheeses.

We also love Red Leicester, Cheddar, Brie, Comte & Chaumes.

Opps, seem to have a whole cheese board here

We have cheddar all year but at Christmas it’s Wensleydale with cranberry and smoked applewood.
