anyone having problems getting stuff they ordered from game
they don't even have a customer service to phone

I’ve noticed lots of places don’t have a customer service telephone number anymore! It’s really not good enough, I ordered something from we r Christmas and was unable to contact them by phone and I’ve recently ordered some items from I want one of those which looks as though they won’t arrive until after Xmas but I can’t contact them by phone either, it’s all email or direct message which they never seem to reply to!

Don’t know how they get away with it , money taken out my bank , they even offered dpd next day

I ordered some stuff well over a week ago as it was not available instore went with click & collect as it said collect in 1-2 days and didn't want to risk delivery with the delays royal mail are currently having. I'm still waiting for it to arrive - store confirmed its not in and tracking says its not even been dispatched yet. I messaged them 5 days ago and they still haven't replied other than the standard we got your message we'll respond asap email

That’s the same message I’m getting , shocking customer service it seems when you read the reviews on Facebook just now

I got an email last night about 9pm to say my items had finally been dispatched and they will let me know when they arrive instore to collect- hopefully they will turn up before xmas but store staff did say the click & collect orders still get sent by royal mail and they are experiencing a lot of delays on things arriving

Still not had a reply from customer service

Did all that they don’t respond to any of these options and reading replies on Facebook not the only one

Won’t be buying off them again
