I have the diner also!

Yeah, it is a good build, it’s my favourite after the diner. Would definitely recommend in purchasing it.

I have yet to build pet shop, detectives office, palace cinema, corner garage & assembly square

Assembly Square was his first of rhe modular buildings and it's so so good. Kept us going for ages and lots of details. From there he has decided to try and collect the ones which are still available hence why he wants to get the bookshop now and then he's going to get the police station for his birthday.

The diner is being retired end of this month, police station is out on 1st January. And like your DS I will be buying it to add to my collection

Definitely a Christmas Lego for me, also got Privet Drive, The Burrow and The bookshop. Unfortunately I have a cat that likes to help!
