I am working nights starting NYE. Dinner before work will be a simple gousto meal, probably the Thai basil pork dinner.
We are hoping it will be quiet enough (ha! ) to order a take away, we can but wish! NY day I will come home and have a prosecco breakfast with bagels, salmon and cream cheeese for them, egg and bacon for me, then bed. On waking it will be another gousto dinner, probably nduja sausage carbonara. Normally we have a Chinese take away NYE night and roast NY day. |

Hogmanay we are having a fry up, because my nine year asked for it - the lad is obsessed with tattie scones!
New Year's Day will be salmon, green beans and potato gratin because it is a Friday. |

Roast beef and yorkshire puds today for us, with a (bought) Millionaire cheesecake and Baileys cream for dessert.
