Afraid we are fairly standard - variations with cheese, ham and tomatoe.

My parents put a whole egg in it - then it cooks inside the toastie - so a sort of fried egg sandwich.

I have one maybe 2 a year from pret (never make them at home) and I like their ham and cheese with mustard (I think) - hate the smell of them cooking so not allowed in my home tho

Will be a great after the latest lockdown is over and they can re-open
