What are peoples experiences here? I am taking a 14 and 16 year old Feb half term. Not looking to drive. Only going for a week. Only doing Disney

I have booked here too for 1 week before we move onto I Drive have not stayed here but have done a bit of research through tripadvisor on location. We have decided to do a split stay this year and will concentrate just on Disney while we are there.
Ubers are cheap around $10 dollars or less depending which park you want. Have a look on the Uber website to get a rough idea on price, but remember that the prices do change slightly depending on the day/time. There are quite a few restaurants which are walkable too, and also a Longhorns which is about a 15 min walk. There is also a Walgreens just across the road. The reviews look good on tripadvisor too.

Is this the Holiday Inn on State Road 35? If so we have stayed there in a Kids Suite.

Yeah its State Road just looked up the address. I have booked 2 kids suites.

That’s the same one then! We really enjoyed it. There are shuttles to Disney, well organised and seemed to run on time. 7-11 next door, Chick Fil A, Wendy’s and Walgreens just over the road and Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Dollar tree 5 mins walk in front of the Blue Heron. Nice pool area and staff are very helpful. There was an Applebee’s on site when we went where kids ate free for Breakfast and Dinner if an adult meal was purchased. I would happily stay again.

Do you know where to find any videos to watch?
How easy are the Disney shuttles ? Do they have to be booked in advance?
Did you try the restaurant at all ? I’d it reasonably priced?

I found a couple of videos on You Tube. There are a couple room ones, and ones which holiday companies put up. There are a few Holiday Inns in the Lake Buena Vista area, so just make sure its the right one.

Yeah the ones I found were old too.

The shuttle buses take you to Disney's ticket and transportation centre which from there you can take the bus, monorail or boat to the parks.

I put in google Holiday Inn and resort Lake Buena Vista Shuttle, and it brought up a page with shuttle time on it, hope it works. It will probably be out of date but will give you a rough idea.
