I thought you could book ADR's online at 11am, over the phone at 12 noon.

My MDE isn't accepting online bookings for 180 +10 days and Disney can't explain it, so maybe it should have been available to book online at 12.

No it is definitely 11am for ADRs. The fast pass system opens at midday.

It sounds like you are experiencing a fairly common glitch. When I reached my 180 days, the +10 didn't open up when I was using the website but it did on the app. It opened on the website when I was using my husband's laptop as he uses chrome browser.

It's normally 11am online, 12pm by phone and has been that way for years. However, MDE can be very glitchy!

Sorry, I should have been clearer that it was only 12 by phone. I have since booked them by the app but had to call on the day at 12 myself as MDE went rogue so I had 12 in my head!

Problem solved and I now have a few more grey hairs

After being told to delete my card and set it up again by the first person (this didn't help), I asked to be put through to someone so that I could made some ADR's over the phone. After this I called technical support again and got a very abrupt CM who kept telling me that he could see the dates available and so I should be able to see them as well ! He did however solve my problem when he suggested changing browser, So Safari was a no go but Fireox worked great, phew.
