Citrus Grove Villas

Just a heads up for anyone who has booked through Citrus Grove Villas, that the company has been sold due to financial problems.

I have been trying to get money back from them for the past month, as I found out the villa I had booked through them had not been managed by them for some months. The villa owner had no record of my booking.

If any of you do have a booking - check with the actual villa owner that it is OK.

I have already raised a claim through my credit card as they were giving me the runaround.

if you're a villa owner, check your villa hasn't been rented out while it was supposedly empty. Increase in utility bills or a quick phone call to the villa itself is useful.

CGV sold to IPG management there were a few owners who only found out after the sale had gone through.

OP you could try and contact IPG to see if they have a record of your booking from CGV.
