Any ideas how to get cab reg in advance for Virgin check in ?

Hi guys so we fly on Wednesday but are staying at the PI Heathrow on Tuesday night.
We need to call Virgin with the reg plate of the taxi we will be using but I'm not sure how we will get this

Any idea what's the best way to do this ?

You don't need the reg number. When the driver arrives at the barrier to the upper class wing he can just give your surname and flight number over the intercom

Eta, last did This in June. Cab called by pi staff, driver was well versed with procedure

Ah thanks Mary the Virgin guy had said we needed it or we couldn't use the wing .. flipping fibbers 😉 x

It depends who you speak to. When I booked into upper class wing for June, was told had to give car reg number. Rang them from back of car en route despite driver telling me that had now stopped. When I got through they weren't interested at all, was told just to give surname and flight number at barrier, which is what the driver had told me.
All worked well.
