Collecting Alamo car at LAS

Hi guys ..

We will be collecting our car from LAS. We have booked Alamo SUV via Alamo ... I have done the online check in but I'm not sure what we need to do at the airport ?
I'm used to MCO where we just go straight to the garage and pick car then hand paperwork over at exit .. it seems at LAS we need to get a shuttle then it's kiosk check in do you guys have experience and advice ? .. do we pick our own car ?

If you’ve watched the video Colin39 posted you’ll at least know where to pick up the bus which is more than we did! We wasted about half an hour🤨 When finally the right bus arrived we were the only ones on it, it took about ten mins to get to the depot. We had pre paid and as soon as we went through Alamos doors we were directed to the self service kiosks by a lovely chatty lady who helped us press all the right buttons!There was a counter too, there was one other couple using that but we liked the machine as it didn’t try to upsell us anything! This took about ten mins and then we had to go outside to another counter, show our paperwork and then we could choose any SUV, there were a handful left as it was about 8.30 pm, we had a Toyota 4Runner which we were very pleased with.

It was a challenge to find the car return place at the end of the holiday, make sure you leave plenty of time! Although once we were in there it took only a couple of mins, they didn’t scan the car like they do in some places, just had a quick look around it.

ah thanks guys .. im on an internal flight from SFO.
am I being really silly or is the video for LA ? we are collecting from los vegas then returning to LA ..

just follow the signs to the car rental, go straight to the garage and someone will check your barcode and direct you straight to your row.

Internal flight into Las Vegas is easy follow signs for car rental get on the bus (all I think are the same) takes 5-10 mins and then in the rental centre
