Mobile Sleep monitoring app

Does anyone use as app to monitor their sleep patterns? I’m feeling constantly tired lately so thought it might be interesting to monitor my sleep.

I use my fitbit to track my sleep.
Interesting to see how bad my sleep actually is, but it doesn't help me to correct it.

Smart watch? If you have a Samsung phone there are a few...

I have a Samsung gear which connects to my phone and it monitors my sleep. It does fairly well at it. Have you had a look at the app store on your phone?

I have an Apple Watch. Not keen on wearing it to bed though.

I have an apple watch, and wear it to sleep and use the SleepWatch app.

How spooky. I've just ten minutes ago downloaded one called 'sleep cycle' you don't need the 'phone on your bed it can be on the nightstand and it monitors your sleep cycles and sets off the alarm just at the end of one so you are ready to wake up
See how it goes, then. Apparently scientifically proven you feel more refreshed waking at the end of a 90 minute cycle than having an extra hour sleep and waking partway through one

I have just got through the first two weeks of wearing a fitness watch that monitors sleep.

Pretty much the same every night.

Sleep for around 8 hours
4 hours deep sleep
4 hours light sleep

Average awake time of 5 mins (that'll be the toilet run in the night then)

It actually made me feel more tired during the day after tracking my sleep, knowing just how little deep sleep I was getting, so I don’t wear my Fitbit to bed anymore 😀
