Just wondering, if I buy a sim card in the U.S. How much is it to phone a landline over here and also a mobile over here?

For calls to the UK I use my quad band phone, but for calls inside the USA we have tow Tracfones, cost about $20 each and payg cards for them.
Means you can both have one and use them like walkie talkies to keep in contact or to order take out etc.. |

Bought sim cards from the Cingular shop in the Mall at Millennia last year - for $25 each, included $25 of airtime (not sure how we worked that one!). Very useful for keeping in touch with each other and other family travelling with us. Phones need to be unlocked though.
