The website is also still talking about the old annual passes even though I believe the new passes are available from tomorrow.

I suspect it is that pre-bookable meals (at time of booking are only brunch and lunch). I doubt very much that they are taking away the characters at dinner time.

So I guess any changes will happen tomorrow when the new style meal plans start? Fingers crossed there's a Dibber there at the moment with an Inventions dinner booked for tomorrow night and they can let us know whether they get characters or not. Too much of a long shot?!

I'm sure the characters are still there for dinner. There was a lot of confusion over it with people saying they could only book lunch, but that turned out you could only add lunch to your booking not dinner. Dinner can only be booked 60 days out

I guess we'll find out for definite soon

In the pic it says 'Character Lunch and evebing experience'. That reads to me like they're two different events. So characters at lunch then a different evening experience. Whatever that is. But good luck because they seem to be causing confusion about everything dining related atm!

Honestly, it's infuriating but doesn't surprise me at all. While I love DLP, I think their staff communication is one of the worst I've ever come across!

We always do an Inventions dinner but definitely won't bother without characters.

Be interested to see the official DLP response - if there is such a thing!?
