Refillable mugs
Can you share a cup? E.g if DS has a coke could we leave it an hour then get a brew in the same cup? Are there daily limits? Is the cup for one beverage only? Are they worth it? Thanks.

Yes, you can share them and you are not limited to any specific drink. There's not a daily limit as such but you have to leave 2 minutes between refils.
For me, I think whether or not they are worth it depends on the amount of time you spend at the resort whether that be at the pool, eating or in your room. For us, staying in a moderate or a value, we park outside our building every day so aren't conveniently located for the food court for a refil. We buy drinks at Walmart or Target and keep them in the fridge. This year we're paying OOP and we won't bother purchasing the mugs. |

As others have said, it depends on you. I don’t like soda or juice and only have coffee with breakfast, so mine (free with dining plan) only ever has water in it! My DH gets a coke every day or 2 but not really worth it for him either. If you spend a lot of time in the resort or by the pool and would normally drink a lot of soda or juice, you might well save.

Yes, you can share. Only with the sodas do you have to wait a few mins...I think that Coffee, tea and hot chocolate didn’t have the chip readers.
We’ve always got a mug each. 3 of us. Nice souvenir plus we think we get good value on a 2 weeks stay. We probably average out on at the least 2 refills per day. |

If you've got a decent length of stay they are great value but the location of the refill station will influence how much you use it. If you do share (and even if you don't) watch the coffee as it stains the mug and ruins the soda even when washed several times.

Websites say that refillable mugs are included in free dining plans but does this apply for value resorts which is only free breakfast?

According to Disney’s website you don’t get a free refillable when just getting free breakfast.
