Are the cups usable across the parks. For example if I pay the daily charge in Universal studios, can you refill at IoA and VB?

I know regardless of which park bought from, you can refill at either theme park. But I’m unsure as to whether you can refill the cup at Volcano Bay too.

I’m sure another dibber will be able to answer that for you
