Sorry to hear about Evie's eyes. My Son is blind in one eye and is vision is getting bad in the other, its very scary, so i know how you are feeling.

So glad to see you doing another trip report, have loved your previous one, especially the Food Report!

Your trip is quite similar to ours, we go for 19 nights next year, with Rosen Inn, RPR and SSR included in our trip, so Im looking forward to your report to see your opinion and tips!

You have such a lovely family, sorry to hear of Evie Mae's diagnosis but sounds as though she's a wee trooper!

Sorry to hear about Evie Mae but hopefully they have caught it early enough.

I loved reading your two other reports so was surprised but delighted to see another pre trippy, can't think of a better reason to go back!

I've forgotten so much of our trip from 2014 and have been inspired to do my own for our trip in September, think it will be great to look back on a remember the trip properly. We are also doing a split stay as like eating of site as well.

You are like me in that I love the planning and organising, it just extends the holiday but my husband hates it

And quite selfishly we all get another report yay!

We're following you to POR (was a tough choice over POFQ but I wanted a 'different' hotel!) in Aug.

Kids eh, beyond resilient and cope amazingly well. Something we know a lot about as we're seven days into our six years old Type 1 Diabetes diagnosis. We're exhausted and she's excited to tell her class mates the Dr spilt loads of her blood all over the floor during a full range of blood tests!

Good Luck at your GOSH appointments and I hope she doesn't fleece you as badly as our DD does for 'hospital appointment' treats!

I hope your daughter is ok? I don't know too much about diabetes so hope everything is ok.

It was close between POFQ and POR but I really loved POR when we went back in 2006 and was feeling nostalgic when I booked

She's taken it all in her stride so far and enjoyed the week off school! Her dad and I are on a steep learning curve despite being fairly diabetic aware (DH is type2). Desperately worried at the moment about Aug '17 and her blood sugar levels going mental in the heat, humidity and hidden sugar in foods but we've plenty of time before we go and we'll know a lot more by then.
