cancel alamo skip the counter

hi I have emailed Alamo but just want to see if anyone has managed to cancel one.

we have had to change dates thanks to Irma and now I cant seem to do a new one it always has the old dates on it and it says click here to cancel but it never does.

The Online Check in & Skip the Counter does not allow you to amend the reservation dates. They're for adding drivers details for quicker pickup. You would need to go back to the website you originally booked through in order to amend the dates.

booked through tcd and just went on the Alamo site to do it

Have TCD amended your vehicle rental dates? If so the new dates should be showing. Its possible it has a new Alamo ref number so you'd have to check with them.
