Universal - pick up

Morning , we are in Florida at the moment and hoping someone can help .

Looking to pick up step son from Universal later today . Is there any way of doing this without having to pay the $25 parking charge. Also wondering how easy it will be to actually find him . I�m assuming we may not have a phone signal in that big multi storey car park ! I was thinking it might be better to suggest meeting him at one of the on site hotels though I know they also charge for on site parking ?

Any suggestions / help would be much appreciated .

I would get him to walk round to Royal Pacific, they have a drop off area you can stop in without entering the car park at all.
