Paying for Temporary Parking permit

Hi everyone.

Does anyone know if I can pay for the Temporary Parking Permit with my Revolut card?

I don't really want to use my Natwest Debit card in case I get charged all kinds of foreign currency exchange fees.
Thanks
James

Do you have a NatWest Reward account? If so you won’t get charged foreign transaction fee (2.75%) as they are waiving that till 31st August for those accounts and think following this offer it’s standard from October on Reward accounts.

We’ve been booking everything recently on our Starling Card as this hasn’t been charging the fees our bank was. I applied via the app and had a card within 7 days - and the exchange rate is the MasterCard one too, so usually very competitive.

Hi Thanks for that. DW has a Starling card, so could have tried with that one.

Iv'e just called Orlando Tax office to pay for the parking permit, and they accepted the Revolut card without any problems. So I assume that the Starling card would have been fine as well.
Thanks again

I think you'll find it's the equivalent of our Blue Badge Scheme.

Its a Red Badge for disabled (The same as our Blue one) which you hang on your interior mirror. It lasts for 90 days.

The Parks will not usually bother if you display the UK Blue disabled badge, but if you park at places like the Malls they may be a bit tougher, and you risk getting fined.

For the cost of $17, we won't take the chance of getting a hefty fine.
